Beginner Tips for Technical Writers Grammar and Sentence Construction Detect Passive sentences and re-write them.  Check Subject + Verb agreement for sentences and update them if required.  Use Images only if necessary.  Write an Overview paragraph for every feature and ensure the paragraph has a logical flow of sentences.  Learn to write Procedures (step 1, step 2, step 3 etc.) 

All About Technical Writing So this is my first post on a blog. I have decided to write consistently now!  I am a Technical Writer by profession and have around 9 years of experience.  I would like to share my knowledge that I have acquired over the years to help budding Technical Writers or for people to know more about a particular topic.  As a quote from my recent favorite movie Lucy says, "Greatest things done by human beings is passing on the knowledge they have learned over the years".  Thanks for visiting!  Roshan Chittoor
